IRISH EGG ROLLS

Filled with corned beef, Dubliner cheddar & cabbage, served with 1000 Island dressing

SCOTCH EGGS

Hardboiled eggs, wrapped in Irish sausage, rolled in panko & deep fried, with Dijon mustard

POTATO AND CHEESE CROQUETTES

Crispy barrel shaped cheddar & potato, served with bacon, onion & sour cream dip

 

Entrée

 

KENMARE SALMON

Salmon lightly seasoned, grilled & topped with creamed leeks, served with mashed potato & vegetables

 

MOLLY'S CHICKEN

Two tender pieces of chicken stuffed with herb cream cheese, accompanied by smoked bacon mashed potatoes, Kerrygold garlic-butter steamed cabbage, & house made gravy

PASTA BOWL

Elbow pasta, baby Bella mushrooms, heirloom tomatoes, and roasted red & green peppers tossed in roasted garlic olive oil with Chapel Hill Creamery Calavander cheese

BAILEY'S CHEESE CAKE

Baked in graham cracker crust, topped with a whipped cream & raspberry drizzle

 

APPLE CRISP

Granny Smith apples with oatmeal crisp, topped with apple pie ice-cream & caramel sauce

As many of you will already be aware, our popular bartender, friend and colleague Shane Synan is fighting a courageous battle with cancer. The positivity and fortitude with which he is meeting this challenge is both humbling and inspirational.

A huge thank you to everyone that came along on the 16th. Together we raised over $20,000.00 for Shane and the donations are still trickling in.

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Our chef, Eamonn Kelly, was born onto a dairy farm in County Galway, Ireland. Chef Eamonn was introduced to the culinary world the old fashioned way, by watching his Mother. She never used a recipe or needed any measuring cups. She just knew from experience.

Eamonn attended culinary school in Galway. With his experience at school as well as practical experience in Boston and New York City, Eamonn has been able to locate and build on many wonderful different cultures and ethnic foods to add to his own collection of traditional dishes and recipes. He is very outgoing and friendly, so if you see him be sure to introduce yourself and have a chat.

We offer something for everyone at any time of day - lunch, dinner, kid-friendly, seasonal, weekend brunch, and our special carvery lunch.

The seasonal menu offers variety and imaginative taste of North Carolina sourced ingredients. Our lunch and dinner menus offers traditional Irish fare, including Shepards Pie and a variety of Boxty, as well as a variety of pub fare like burgers and wings. If lighter eating is what you have in mind, we have a variety of soups and salads. And don't forget to finish your meal with one of our tempting, handmade desserts.
