Our chef, Eamonn Kelly, was born on to a dairy farm in County Galway, Ireland. Chef Eamonn was introduced to the culinary world the old fashioned way by watching his Mother. She never used a recipe or needed any measuring cups, she just knew from experience. After attending one of the best culinary schools in Galway along with years of living and traveling the United States, Eamonn has been able to locate and build on many wonderful different cultures and ethnic foods to add to his own collection. He sees himself as outgoing and friendly, so if you see him introduce yourself and have a chat.
The dishes that emerge from the Tra’Li kitchen are ones that we are sure you will relish in our relaxed dining areas. If lighter eating is what you have in mind we have an attractively presented range of salads, soups and sandwiches. All of our tempting desserts are handmade in our own kitchen.
