Our chef acquired his skills in the kitchens at two of the premier Restaurants in the West of Ireland: Glenlo Abbey and Adare Manor.
They were further honed with spells in Sydney, New York and Boston. His philosophy is one of simple well presented rustic pub food, prepared consistently using fresh, quality ingredients.

The dishes that emerge from the Tra’Li kitchen are ones that we are sure you will relish in our relaxed dining areas. If lighter eating is what you have in mind we have an attractively presented range of salads, soups and sandwiches.  All of our tempting desserts are handmade in our own kitchen.
