The menu includes a rediscovered family recipe for dessert and each item uses Guinness in a distinctly different way. Anyone who has sampled Oysters at Moran's on the Weir in County Galway will know how well Guinness draft pairs with seafood. Its richness is brought out in the soup course and in the hearty pie that reflects the custom of the 18th Century when the Guinness Brewery was coming to life..
