Our chef, Eamonn Kelly, was born onto a dairy farm in County Galway, Ireland. Chef Eamonn was introduced to the culinary world the old fashioned way, by watching his Mother. She never used a recipe or needed any measuring cups. She just knew from experience.
Eamonn attended culinary school in Galway. With his experience at school as well as practical experience in Boston and New York City, Eamonn has been able to locate and build on many wonderful different cultures and ethnic foods to add to his own collection of traditional dishes and recipes. He is very outgoing and friendly, so if you see him be sure to introduce yourself and have a chat.
